Xumirah provides information and screening tools to help you make your own decisions. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or religious advice, and nothing on the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or a statement that any investment is suitable for you.

Xumirah is an early-stage technology company. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker-dealer, or investment manager, and we are not regulated as any of those. We do not execute trades or custody assets. You hold your investments in your own brokerage account, and we never ask for its credentials.

Compliance verdicts apply recognised scholarly standards consistently and transparently, and every result shows its reasoning and the evidence behind it. A verdict is the output of a documented methodology, not a fatwa. Scholarly interpretations differ, and a result shown as compliant under one standard may not satisfy every view. Treat verdicts as a starting point and confirm with your own scholar. Our methodology page explains the standards and thresholds we apply.

Purification percentages and Zakat amounts are estimates, calculated from the latest financial statements and holdings data available to us. They depend on reporting that can be months old and on methodology choices on which scholars differ. Use them as a guide and confirm the amounts with your own scholar before acting on them.

Screening draws on market data, company filings, and public registries supplied by third-party providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and screening results can change as a company's financials or activities change. Prices shown are indicative and may differ from the price available at your broker. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

Fund and ETF verdicts are weighted across the fund's published holdings. Published holdings lag what the fund actually owns, and coverage of some constituents may be partial. A fund-level verdict is therefore an estimate built on the most recent composition we could obtain, and it can change when the fund next discloses its holdings.

Backtests, projections, and any sample portfolios or returns shown in demos are illustrative only. They are hypothetical, use end-of-day data, exclude fees, taxes, and slippage, and are not actual results. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the money you invest. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and a screened, compliant portfolio can still lose money.
